Rosacea is a common skin disease that appears in men and women between 25-50 years old in the face. The symptoms are categorised in 4 stages. Initially it appears as a transient erythema that develops progresivelly to a permanent erythema with dilated veins, papules and pustules and at the final stage is consists of a permanent inflammation and hypertrophy of the sebaceous glands. Depending on the stage following treatments can be performed: laser, oral and local agents.
